Originally from Hong Kong, I moved to the UK to study Physiotherapy β and somewhere between hospital wards, rehab gyms and countless Tesco meal deals, I realised what I enjoy most is helping people feel genuinely good in their bodies again.
As an HCPC-registered physiotherapist and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, my approach is calm, thorough and tailored to you. I take time to understand whatβs been going on β whether youβre desk-bound, gym-sore or just feeling βoff.β Some sessions focus on deeper tension release (donβt hate me), others on improving mobility and helping your nervous system properly switch off. Either way, youβll leave feeling lighter than when you walked in β ideally standing a little taller too.
Sport and movement have always been a big part of my life. I play basketball, climb, train for HYROX and running events, and spend plenty of time in the gym (probably too much). So I understand what it feels like to push your body hard β and to be on first-name terms with DOMS.
Thereβs no βone-size-fits-allβ treatment here. I listen first β whatβs bothering you, what you want to get back to, and how you want to feel β then we work together to get you there. For me, itβs not just about muscles. Itβs about restoring confidence in your body. When you feel good physically, everything else feels easier too β even Monday mornings.
