What does a physiotherapist do?
A physiotherapist helps people recover from pain, injury, or movement problems using exercise, hands-on treatment, and lifestyle advice.

No β you can book directly without a referral. This means faster access to treatment and quicker recovery.
What conditions can physiotherapy help with?
Physiotherapy can treat back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis, post-surgery rehabilitation, sciatica, joint problems, and more. If youβre not sure whether physiotherapy is right for you, book a consultation to discuss your symptoms.

Absolutely. Physiotherapy after surgery speeds up healing, improves strength and mobility, and reduces the risk of long-term complications.
Do we treat children / minors?
We are not a practice which specialises in paediatrics. But we do understand that accessing physiotherapy support for children can be difficult.
Unfortunatley we are unable to treat children 5 years old and under or a minor of any age who is suffering from a neurological or developmental disorder. This is due to safety reasons and it being beyond the scope of what we provide.
Children 6 – 15 years we are happy to assess, especially if the pain or injury is from sport or exercise. However, it may be that if we feel there is a developmental / congenital component to their complaint, we will advise on onward referral to specialist services.
16 year olds are able to consent to their own healthcare so are able to be seen without restriction.
