Chartered Physiotherapist

Apoorva Yadnopavit

I am a qualified physiotherapist with an MSc from Manchester Metropolitan University, dedicated to helping people move better, recover faster, and stay active doing what they love. I strongly believe that physiotherapy is not just about pain relief, but about building strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.

With four years of experience working in the NHS, I have treated a wide range of patients across both hospital and community settings, including those with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical conditions, neurological presentations, amputations, and age-related mobility issues. My key areas of interest include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pre- and post-operative recovery, dance-related injuries, and sports injuries. This diverse background allows me to create individualised, realistic, and results-driven treatment plans.

My approach is patient-centred and holistic, combining strength and conditioning, hands-on manual therapy, and education to help clients not only recover from injury but also prevent future problems and optimise performance. I am also actively involved in research and am currently co-authoring a research publication, ensuring my practice remains evidence-based and up to date.

Outside the clinic, I am a classical dancer, a dedicated gym enthusiast, and enjoy badminton and hikingβ€”giving me first-hand insight into the physical demands of an active lifestyle. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to better movement, improved performance, and long-term health.
