Easy to get to the practice, get parked and even just booking the appointment was super easy. Prices are competitive and they offer treatments I haven’t seen elsewhere - like TMJ physio. I felt heard, understood and validated from the moment we began discussing my reasons for booking. Leira is knowledgable, experienced and caring, takes her time with identifying the root cause of issues, and explains everything (if you want to know!) as she’s treating you. Her bedside manner is delightful, and if you want the full spa treatment (chill music and relaxing scents included), she’s more than happy to match your energy. Most importantly, I noticed immediate relief after my first treatment, and after three sessions, I am pain free! I've tried a few places over the years but Leira's musculoskeletal knowledge has been excellent in pinpointing the issue and easing the discomfort through massage and strengthening exercises.
